TY DEV is a digital agency specializing in: web development (showcase sites, e-commerce, SaaS web applications, institutional sites); mobile applications (native and hybrid iOS and Android applications); digital marketing (SEO, online advertising, content strategy, social media management); technology consulting (software architecture, digital transformation, technical audit). All services are provided under separate service contracts that define specific terms, deliverables, timelines and pricing.

3. Berechtigung

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and our services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable laws, and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Geistiges Eigentum

All content on this site, including but not limited to, text, articles, descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, videos, source code, software, scripts, design, layout and architecture, is the exclusive property of TY DEV LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these ToS shall not exceed the amount you paid to TY DEV in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no payment was made.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TY DEV LLC, its officers, employees, partners and agents from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost or debt, and expense (including attorney fees) arising from: your use of the site; your violation of these ToS; your violation of third party rights, including intellectual property rights.

8. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these ToS or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
