Project Overview
EC Concierge Global serves famous or wealthy guests around the world. They help with things like private jets, yachts, and grand estates. These items are so exclusive they are never listed on public sites.
Technical Challenges
Privacy was the main goal here. They needed a site that feels expensive but stays private. The goals were: 1. Create a secure area that only invited guests can see. 2. Design a simple, clean look that reflects 'quiet luxury'. 3. Build a way to track requests that is easy and classy.
Our Solution
We chose a dark, elegant design with high-quality photos and clear text. For safety, we added a special login system where only invited people can enter. We built special sections for jets and yachts that tell a story instead of just showing a list. The whole system is built to never go down.
Results & Impact
Members are using the site 40% more than before. The team now answers requests twice as fast. This speed and the new look have helped the brand grow by 20% through private invites from current members.
